We offer free shipping on all orders over $50. Most orders are processed within 1-2 business days and arrive within 3-7 business days depending on your location. All orders ship in discreet, unbranded packaging.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your Novalux pieces. If something isn't right, unworn items with tags attached can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags attached
- To start a return, contact us with your order number
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method once the return is received and inspected
- Sale items and intimates that have been worn are final sale for hygiene reasons
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we'll make it right at no extra cost.
